    New guy. WARNING: e28 Content

New guy to the forum here, just wanted to say hello. I finally got around to lowering the rear end and eliminating the excessive rake. Also got a new trunk out at PnP 50% off weekend to replace the not so great one that was installed. The mounting bolts were rusted out and the trunk did not line up right. Got the new trunk on and loaded the junk trunk up onto the roof rack. Anyway, a couple pics!

Headlight was re-installed today, got sick of the "broken" look. Still have lots to do with it in the future. I just wanted to share, I love e30's and I know not everyone is a fan of the e28. I feel like its the classy more sensible cousin to the e30 lol

535is in 5-speed. Baby M5 and much cheaper to run/maintain. I like it.

Its a work in progress on a tight budget. Little things getting done here and there. Trying to sell off some parts to replace the front seats, need to get smaller tires to go moar lower. Just enjoying the drive! Maybe someday once the Mini Cooper S gets paid off and we find ourselves a 330i I might swap this out for an e30 weekend car. For now, Im gonna drive the crap out of it and enjoy the crappy MPG!

Looks good. I don't usually like wheels with rounded spokes on square cars, but it works. hows the interior?

The wheels are alright, would not have been my first choice but they work for now. Future plans are something wider and a little more period correct. Would love something in a 17x9 all around. Interior is in really good condition other than the driver seat and the cracked dash. I am on the hunt for replacement front seats, kinda wanna go with comfort seats with a nice armrest lol

I try to baby it most of the time and get about 18mpg or so but the car just loves to be pushed every now and again lol
