    alpine I 88 s50

due to my rather un-informed previous post of my most recent purchase, i hope this one makes up for it :)

Engine: US spec S50, OBD-1, single vanos, attached to a getrag box with e46 short shifter, and turner motorsport heavy duty clutch.

Exhaust: ebay headers, 2 1/2 inch pipe with supersprint muffler with twin tips.

Suspension: Koin adjustable shockies, IE stage 3 race springs, soild mounts, sway bar, adjustable camber top mounts. etc etc.

    Wheels: ESM 008's 16x7.5 front, 16x9 rear, or 17" 7.5 bbs reps.

Modifications: besides the engine transplant with KAmotors intake and suspension upgrades the car is stock, has an IS lip with RyanG splitter attached, and smoked turn signals.

Interior: an M-tech 2 wheel, ZHP gear stick, seuede gear and e-brake boots.

Stereo Audio / Visual: alpine headunit, apline amp and alpine speakers, car is also fitted with key recognition system, alarm and imobilizer

Estimated Power: 157rwkw or about 220bhp at the wheels.

Ok i CAN NOT take credit for this transpant, props goes to ryan who lives down in VIC he made it as a semi track/road car, he also re-sprayed it in the original apline I white less then a year ago, and did a great job. i Had plans to do this to my 90 318is, but i came across this gem for sale at the right price, so i didnt hesitate.

Will be making this into a NA screamer, with ITBS and a CF intake box, and a rebuild down the track with entire engine ported, polished, balanced and lightened with bigger injectors, upgraded CAM and a tune, but not for a while yet.
In the process of collecting brake parts, and swapping the stock Gurling calipers for ATE's, with soild brake quides and RDA slotted rotors.

    any comments welcome! thank you!

I was gonna say, you would prolly benefit from some sport seats. Your car is immaculate! it looks like it rolled of the assembly line that way. Only thing is you need chrome kidneys with the chrome window trim.
