My '89 325i (warning: bronzit content)

Hi all. My name is Josiah, I'm in Nor Cal and this is my 325i.
I'm new to R3VLimited, but not to BMWs. My first car was a Verona red '74 2002 (majorly regret selling that one...) and I had a '92 525i for awhile in college. Just got this 325i a little over a month ago on the cheap ($800) because an insurance company "totaled" it due some body work it needs. My enthusiasm is much bigger than my bank account so it will probably be slow-going getting it all legal and registered again, but I saved it from the junk yard. :) So far all I've done is put on a set of 15x7.5 Enkei rims with 205/50 tires I had in my garage. They were given to me off an Integra, but with 15mm spacers they fit great.

I've got to say, I've owned a lot of fun cars, but I've never bonded with one the way I have with this one. I expect to have it for a long time. 8)

What's wrong with bronzit? Nice E30. Looks just like my first BMW, which was a bronzit '89 325i just like this one. I loved that car, and still kinda miss it.

Bronzit brother from another mother! Bronzit represent!

Haha. Looked EXACTLY like mine when I bought it from some old guy. Now she's lowered with an IS lip, and LSD, and a chip in it. Like everyone else says....take your time with it and she will treat you right.

In for the Bronzit love. I've had mine for just over a year now and I'm just about done making her mechanically sound. Get all of that situated first and then go for the cosmetics. Looks like you have a solid starting point. Good luck with it.

Yeah, I'm still 4x4 status. I've been slowly collecting all the suspension parts, and once I have everything I'll do it all at once.

My sig pic is just a pixel art car. I made it with GIMP (the Gnu Image Manipulation Program). You can find tutorials on how to do it easily enough.
