Nice M42. I love mine. Not sure why so many people hate on the Volvo lip's. I've got one and I've always liked the way it looks on my car. So what if its not "purist." If you have one and you like it, keep it.

After much searching and deliberation I have settled on the perfect tire setup. 215/40 front 245/35 rear, like this one but stance will be better with the coilovers ;) These sizes should keep understeer to a minimum.

^ those are the same sizes that everyone runs on the staggered BBS's over here. You are going to probably need to pull your wheel wells a bit.

same tires, same dimesions as my MSystems. Too stretched? I think I'm leaning towards a 215/45 F 245/40 R, setup. Much more tires to choose from; but will require more fender massaging too.

I picked up a euro plate filler and some apparently super rare trim panel that covers the inside of the trunklid and has a cutout for the tool kit at the ramstein auto recycling center with MikeDE yesterday for 10euro and a doner ;) And yes, thanks to Mike I may have caught Touring fever...

The goody-pile in my hotel room is growing, these, a set of euro grills, and a 100+ piece off-brand set of hand tools (for pulling more parts from the yard 2km outside the gate) set me back a whopping $65. Keep an eye on the for sale section, there will be more ;)

seats are from a mk2 VW, sets pop up on here occasionally, I was lucky enough to get a deal from janderson on the matching rear seat. Static shock is not a problem, but they are def more snug/comfy than stock sport seats.

My parts are gonna go win the war in an undisclosed location in southeast asia, then wait 2 months for me to get home and install them. Now if I can just get my staggered M systems on a jet I'll be ecstatic, otherwise they're going in an A-bag with the rest of my checked luggage.
