Sure, when you're not going across an inch and a half of standing water on greasy concrete, a quick countersteer would do the trick.

I goosed the throttle early, the car stepped out on standing water. If I had countersteered any more than I did, I would have more likely than not pointed it right at the opposite wall, one without tires, and a lot closer. I wasn't going to try and be a hero.
