    e30's suck

Had nothing to do after work one day last week so I went out to the driveway and took some pics of my e30 with the diesel swap. Car hasn't been washed since a week before SoWo so it looks gray and the front valence is pushed back from an incident with black ice and a snowbank last winter.

Specs on the wheels are 16x9 et9 and 16x10 et16

I blew a diff the week before h20 last year so I brought a spare with me just in case. Some spirited driving caused gravity to shift to the left and caused these dents.

Then I had a moment of clarity and said to myself "self, why have we been waiting 3 years to get these type B's redrilled when the RS adapters will let them bolt right up?" So I dug these out of my storage trailer and fit them on.

    17x8.5 et-14 17x10 et0

    My sweet tire-rolled fenders

Probably going to need to go slightly less aggressive with spacers once I do get them redrilled. This paint has had a hard enough life as is.

Gonna need smaller tires too unfortunately :/

And that's that. I'm picking up my new M62 sometime this week and it will hopefully be driving again by this years h20.

Where do you see rust besides for the beat up fenders and the rear valence? This car isn't all that bad for a New England car really, I do want a paint job though. I've been holding off till I get the car mechanically sound.

This one likes to eat engines. It's gone through an m42, an m30 and now my m60

I know it's a small thing.. But an I lip would really tie the room together.

I know you have to stretch those tires to get them to fit, but a little less stretch would be a bit better. There's my

No room for a skid plate, I did beef up my oilpan though

I normally would have my duckbill on but the valence is too messed up to fit it and apparently there are none for sale out there.

If you're talking about the tires on the B's they're really not all that stretched, the side wall is just completely worn off. They're the same size as the rear's on the RS's.

I lent them to my friend to put on his M3 and he wore them off. I'm going with a 225/35 once I actually have them ready to go on.

you already know my opinion on this car, looks amazing with the RS, almost anything else is a step down imo.

What suspension are you running? Your 16x9s look nothing like mine. Same offset
