All motor from what I hear, 10k? Should come down to H-town with dan sometime and check out the street scene we have. (Saturday night car shows every weekend).

And Rob I loved the Hype-R. You shouldn't have sold it man. I always respected Hondas, just ones that were tasteful and the R models of course. Nothing worse than a kid in an Accord.

And yes DC traffic sucks, Connecticut Avenue in the morning is nice though once you hit that open fourth lane...Bill where do you work in Rockville?

But...as pretty as they can be...they're still FWD. And the components (Type R aside) aren't built for performance or horsepower handling - they're built for economy and made as cheaply as possible without being dangerous to the consumer to keep production costs down.

94 accord, 5 sp. this was when i was 16 and into systems. sold it on ebay for 1500 more than i paid, after driving it for 2 years. red ef hatch, stick, from florida. super clean, sold it on h-t.

89 crx, white. pos. sold it on h-t. 92 5 sp civic hatch; fake spoon rims, cf hood, gsr interior, slammed,bought a jdm type r motor but got screwed on the internet. was about to put an h22a in it, had pretty much everything for the swap but the axles and the motor, but sold it to a buddy when I scooped my black e30. i sold the h22a shit and my buddy put a d16y8 in the eg.

actually, in that pic it had the stock hood back on, and a d16z6 sohc vtec. guy i sold it to blew the y8 swap and sold the shell but sold hood seperate.
now I've got a 99 civic, slammed, aem cai & cat back exhaust, skunk2 coilovers, tokico shocks, got some work done on the d16y8 should go back in when I get back from the glen. i just bought that car to fix and sell though.

I feel like I'm forgetting a honda. oh well. don't forget i've also had 2 e30s and 2 240z's in the mix there too. and a ninja 600, and an r6.

and itr's are the shit, they're always kicking my ass at auto x.

And for you honda fellows, I've got quite a few friends with civics in the 11s. friend of mine was hitting low 11s last time he ran it. took it off the road, got a cage put in, nice brakes, and he's finishing up his turbo beast motor that should be good for 600+hp. One of these 11 sec hatches is for sale if anyone wants a fast fucking daily driver that still has a/c.



14k, different manifold turbo wastegate and a few other things from that last pic (his last years set up) pm me if interested.
