New Mauritiusblau 318 Vert I Picked Up Soon To Be Sold!

Well I bought a new Black soft top and Ubernasty is installing it. Installed new rotors, pads, and sway bar end links. Painted Is lip and all bumper trim black. I haven't had time to mess with it too much. I just got the Nardi hub adapter, spacers for the rear wheels and a few other things... I wanna have it all ready for h20. here are some pics Uber and I took of our verts...

Wow, absolutely epic looking vert you have. Mine isn't anywhere as clean and I paid wayyy more than what you did. I'd be really grateful if you can answer a few of these questions:
1) So exactly what suspension set-up are you running? Vogtland all around with Bilstein Sports? If so that's probably what I was going to run as well. Are you running without spring pads up front? I could definitely like with your stance right now, but a tiny drop up front would be perfect.
2) I'm probably going to go with ESM 002's, but those Borbet's are definitely in contention. What model is that?

I'm running Vogtland springs in the front with H&R springs in the rear. Brand new Bilstiens all the way around. I just got my fenders rolled this weekend and took out the rear spring pads the stance looks better now. These Borbet's are super rare in 16x9 et15 fitment. I have been looking all over for replacements and haven't found anything. I still have spring pads in the front. I'm gonna pull them out when I do my Ball joints and cab's. My car is a 92 318ic. I love the m42.

Smoked smileys and tinted the fogs, side markers, and running lights last week.

Great, thanks for responding. Out of curiosity, any reason why you didn't just run 1 type of springs?

Here's the set-up I'm thinking (I have a 325iC btw)
Bilstein sports on all 4 corners
Vogtlands all around
Remove only front spring pads
Fender roll

Any thoughts? Well so much for those Borbet's, I'll go with ESM then. Thanks for your help!

he is running the springs he is because he got them free lol.
it wasn't like he planned it.

but i had vogtlands on mine and it sat way way higher than ill4noreason's car and ubernasties.
hell, my new vert on GC's is a tad higher than ill's.

vogtlands and cut dead coils-then you will be low enough

I got them for free for helping a buddy out and giving him a hell of a deal on a tranny. If I keep this car I will eventually bag it. So I don't wanna spend a whole lot of money on shocks/springs. Vogtland's are soft but in a vert it doesn't matter too much. I had h&r races on my old vert with bilstiens they even felt soft to me. If you want to be low but not slammed any of those setup are good but if you want to be lower I'd at least get the GC coil over kit either with shortened koni's or bilstiens sports and cut the spring perches off.

You lost me on bags joe :( Hell, I'm only a half inch to an inch higher than the kid with the teal 2 door on bags. Im aiming for half an inch lower, unfortunately My oil pan is less than an inch off the ground now... Car looked great though! But why'd you leave so early?

I mean why not bag it? After seeing an e30 on bags in person I want. I had to get some stuff done at my garage and wanted to avoid traffic so I rolled out late last night. Almost wrecked on bay bridge I was so tired. I missed the supra incident. Did any other e30's show up? Saw on vortex 2 guys got there wheels stolen. People are fucked up. Any other crazy shit happen?
