Nice progress. What did you use to strip the wheels? I have a set of RS that need refinishing.

I just used the paint stripper in an aerosol can (no name brand). It took 2-3 coats to get it all off. its not much work, the key is letting it soak for 10-15 min but dont leave it too long where the clear starts to dry / harden again.

Finally got off my ass and started to refinish the Style 5´s for the touring.

Picked up these wheels from a friend of mine and hopefully I will be bringing them back with me in my luggage in September.

Now that the full suspension swap is completed its time to add more power. I just picked this up the other day and will slowly start piecing together the turbo kit and haul all this shit in my suitcases

Here are a couple more pictures that I found on various peoples facebook. Im sorry I dont have any pictures of my own but since it was a shitty day All the people I invited backed out and I drove out solo. This was the very next day after I had finished the install. I was still putting the interior back together in between rounds during the track day. I was a little disappointing that after 2 months of work to meet this track day it ended up raining but it was nice because only half the cars came out and I really got to put the car to the test and made sure that everything was rock solid. My fastest lap times in the rain (lap 10) were just 3 seconds off my fastest lap times on the old setup in dry conditions (lap 27). Needless to say it is a huge improvement over the old setup as I have changed just about everything, so with another track day in about a month ill hopefully get an accurate measurement of improvement. t

The very next day after finishing the swap I went out for a track day. Not the best conditions as it was raining the entire time but it was a fun way to test everything out.

No. Guess I could have looked them over better, but would be hard to tell comparing right/left, and it's not like we have a ton of e36 parts laying around like we do e30 parts lol.
