Another Aus E30

It’s been a long time since I’ve posted here but have been lurking around while looking for another E30. My last E30 was the 325is below, started life with me in a bad way and ended all the suspension been redone, motor stroked to 2.9 and an endless list of work that was completed.



The trouble I had with this car is that the 325is in Aus is rare and I didn’t want to toy with it too much from factory so it had to go. From that I found myself back on a bike(Yamaha R6) and also built a café racer. Poor loud bike(café racer) was stolen from my apartment block shortly after it was finished. Anyhow, back to today. So at last I found a clean white 318is with a straight body that will be the base of a car that I plan on keeping for some time. First thing on this list is refresh the engine and get rid of all the minor oil leaks. After that suspension, brakes, wheels and in parallel interior and a few external mods.

I sold it a few years back now, I think it stayed in Vic but not sure. I had the original 2.5 put back in for the sale and a mate scored the 2.9 he still doesn’t know why I parted ways with the car(I don’t either, lol)

The white one is clean, not perfect but will make a great toy after some work :)

Could be the one. Sounds like its gained some ///M bits since I had the car. I can't wait to get stuck into the new car.
