    2500 miles

well, instead of taking the girl's Toyota Yawn-is, the e30 went on its first road trip, traveling from WI to CO and back. needless to say, the car made it without a single problem (unless you call having too much fun a problem)

took some shots along the way, don't mind the dirt!

Even the tent makes the e30 look small:

Shit ton of stuff in the car = slammed

    CO > WI

A nest with 3 young bald eagles: America, fuck ya!

Had about 10 miles of climbing gravel roads to pretend on was driver on Pike's Peak.

    Colorado river:

Sunrise (yup, the e30 is in this one too!)

Looks like a great time. I couldnt imagine driving my car on gravel let alone, in the weeds. "I" lip helps out i guess.

thanks guys. yeah, between the 'i' lip and the peerless skidplate, i felt comfortable enough to off road the car a couple times during the tip. my lack of suspension travel left me with a wheel in the air a couple times, lol!

How comfortable of a trip was it?
I'm thinking of driving my sedan down to Florida.

i have no AC and no cruise control, and I'd do it all over again. car rides so nice, 4x windows down = good breeze.
