It's an Autopower with a couple pieces added to it.

I do love the way they look! This set isn't in the most amazing condition but they're ok for now. The wheels are staggered but my tires are not and surprisingly it's not too noticeable appearance-wise. I do need to switch out the 20mm front spacers for some 10's though.
