Thanks buddy :) It will be fun to see what the car will do at the track now :P
It's a mk2 NA 2.0l lip, It's the same size as the oem is lip, just alot more durable.

I've never been in an s50'd e30, but I can tell you that the weight distrabution would be far better with the sr due to it being all aluminum and sitting much farther back in the bay.
As far as power, on stock boost with a few mods and the motor being fresh it's putting a healthy 200 whp down, when I turn the boost to 12-13psi sr's generally produce 240-250whp +. I'm just taking my time, getting used to the boost, and letting the motor break in a little before I abuse it to much.
Right on, your buddy was Dan Kepple right? Definitely see you next year :)

So how does a sr20det e30 compare to lets say an s50 e30? I really like seeing a lighter engine being able to produce the same amount of power (even though its turbo).
an s15 sr20det e30 with rwd would be sick!Last edited by Dozyproductions; 10-08-2011, 11:05 AM.Leave a comment:

Great car man, props to you! Whats the oil pan clearance like on the SR compared to any of the BMW motors? I take it that it's pretty decent seeing as your front end it so low. Any pictures?Leave a comment:
