Do you have some sort of fender guard/mini-flare on there, or is it just a weird reflection in the paint from rolling?

They are M-tech flares, the car was an M-Tech car so they came on there :) . It is similar to the IX flares, there is still a metal fender under there so the fitment is actually tighter than it looks ;)
