Those are two real nice cars! How is driving the 190e in comparison to the M3? Does it feel bigger?

Thanks guys.
I don't think the 190e feels much bigger, it does look like it because it's a 4dr, but the length is very similar. I think the weight is not too far off.
I think the 190E accelerates faster than the M3, but on the top end I'm sure the E30 will win hands down. Or maybe it's just the driver. Both love to rev and screams for stock motors. It will be fun to have them side by side on a track to see how these 2 will perform.
Both of them has Stock motors except the M3 which has Schrick cams.
You guys will be surprised if I told you I paid $2.2k for the 16V 4 yrs ago. And I have replaced the water pump only once, so it's a really good runner. It's got about 128k miles. It has lots of upgrades when I got it too:
- Hella smoke tails, eibach springs, white cluster, eibach sway bars, OEM carbon fiber interior, brembo slotted rotors, Remus full catback exhaust, etc.
The M3 is pretty nice too and have lots of upgrade from PO. I bought it last Feb and drove it home about 600 miles and never missed a beat with 2 passengers and myself. I drove it up the OR/CA border in the Siskiyou mountains. Awesome drive!Comment

Yeah the blacked out look will eventually grow on you. I agree it's either you hate it or love it.
But I think dark black color looks good on a Benz. And it does look sinister ripping the 25MPH speed limit in our small town. hahaComment

I think the M3 is faster, but with a good driver I think the 190E will not be left in the dust.Comment

Interior is in really good shape front/rear. Driver side bolster just need a little touch up to make it darker, but it's not rip or anything.
Mtech 2 steering wheel, Full ACS pedals, ACS handbrake, Husco armrest, German panels, Mtech door sills, shift knob.
Yeah it does have heated seats too because it's a 91. :)

If you tear them both down and give them both the same level of prep, they'll be pretty much dead even...with the 190 doing slightly better on high-speed circuits (due to aero and gearing) and the M3 doing a bit better on the momentum circuits.
The big difference is down to the level of aftermarket support. There's a ton of support for the M3, but close to zero for the Benz. Levent and I are doing our best to change thatsigpic
