    More E30 off-road thrashing

    So we all went to the ol' rally track again (2 ish mile circuit), we had a bigger turnout this time (thanks to the new rally forum! see sig).

    We had three E30s, my 318is (stock motor), Ross's (monkeytaco) 318i M52 swapped, and a buddy's 325es, road warrior style, Oh, and there were some Subarus and other AWD cars. Whatever.

        Yep. Jackstand pic courtesy of pile-driving the motor (and oil pan) back into the steering rack.

        Time for another pan, and a serious skidplate fab. (no, a RaceSkids or whatever skidplate isn't close to being sufficient). That's what happens when you rally a $500 E30, whose only mods are part removals.

        But it was awesome.
