i replaced the fan clutch just to be sure and still overheating

really, no need at all? hmmm... fan clutch is brand new. as i mentioned above new thermostat, waterpump, coolant temp sensor.

there are no thermoswitches on the recently installed radiator and the aux fan has been rewired to only come on at low speed and only when the a/c is on.

i either need to bleed the system (which this system is supposed to be self bleeding) or maybe my non functioning heater is because of a clogged heater core... fuuu back to the bentley manual

You should not need an aux fan at all. If it's heating up something is wrong. I'd vote mechanical fan clutch is failing.

m20 vs m10 in terms of power/torque are not comparable.
the m10 is still fun to toss around though and the mpg is a lot better for the stop and go i do all day.
