I'm back... 1991 325i Coupe

So I sold my car this spring after owning it only a few months. I loved the proportions of the car and driving it but I really wanted a coupe. Even an automatic coupe.

Today I scored a 1991 325i (yes it's an auto) with a 103,000 miles on it and it is rust free.

I need to clean the interior up and do the maintenance but she runs and drives great. There is a leak coming from the power steering pump... Where you actually add the liquid? From the cap I think. I will examine that later. A couple of smal ldings in the body and a blown left front shock.

The upshot? She is straight as an arrow, no rust and no modifications. Woot!

Well here's an update on the car...

The seller was a little less than honest about the condition about the car... And my buddy who went to go look at it didn't think it was that bad.

So now the car is getting a full restoration. It's going to the shop Saturday for the brakes and suspension. Monday will be the other maintenance its overdue for. Hopefully by Monday evening it will go off for a long stay at the body shop.
