Hey Guys I am new to R3Vlimited as I have had trouble registering in the past some reason. I am hoping to get some parts, and some seriously good advice on here.
Okay so here it goes. I had a 91 325is in highschool that my grandpa gave me. (bronzit, 5spd, bottlecaps,) I loved it! It popped a major rear oil seal leak and my Dad didn't wanna fiddle with it so he made me sell it. Well when my Grandpa passed away in 09' I was determined to buy another one.
Well this summer I found a 318is slicktop alpine for 1400 dollars. I bought it even though it was a 318 but I already like the MPG for my long trips to work in the mountains though.
What it had GOOD:
Alpine head unit with AMP and new speakers
Sport Seats (passenger is MINT)
Brand new BMW floor mats
20% Tint
Black out Trim
Bad: Weird drill spot in the paint,
couple random dents
no fogs
IS lip gone or stolen
cracks on the rear spoiler lip
Worst of All the weird after market tail lights (If anyone wants these I will trade or buy some stock tailights if you would like) I wanna bring it closer back to stock glory to look like my old one.
Additions so far:
Fog Lights (not wired yet)
All the dents were pulled and painted
Spoiler Painted
BRAND NEW bushings, control arms, tie rods, sway links,
Parts I have waiting for Install:
New Radiator
Volvo Lip
I hope you guys will like it, and hopefully I can have a Thread soon of pictures of the evolution from purchase to present
