those plug wires are new.... from turner motorsports.... number 4 was falling apart... number 3 wouldnt clip on to the spark plug and number 2 had a pin hole in it and was arcing on the valve cover.... TMS is getting a call today... they also sent his supersprint exhaust without the muffler

wow, that sucks. I have had good experience with them, but there is no excuse for that.

Did the new wires not include the plastic holder that runs the length of the valve cover?

it had the holder..... but had to be taken off to "repair" the wires

hopefully TMS will correct the problem fast. Does the S14 run ok with the patch? I know they are very picky (like the VW 16v) about spark quality.
