why is the spoiler so short?

Car came with a Pfeba spoiler, I think thats the way it's supposed to be? I'm keeping it on for now, but its for sale. Its rare!

The narrow spoiler was the first thing that caught my eye.
It looks like a clean car tho!

Thanks! Ill look into it, but for now, I'll keep it where it is, I think it was repainted with spoiler on?
