    This. goin from my sporty 325is to the auto cabby was hard. but since you spent basically nothing on it amazing deal. just save up and do a 5speed swap like I plan on doing

        Thanks I'm already a member on there. iv had the car out to cars and coffee a few times. I'm hoping to make it to the show this year. Im located in the twin cities area.

              I am planning on going lower. What are some suggestions that i could do. That are not terribly expensive since I do not have that much money to spend right now. Thanks.

                i hope you realize how lucky you were it's a 91 and not an X/90 build date! i'd say just some sport springs and timing belt to start!

                  front drop hats to lose that wheel gap. I've been towing with the idea, but I already can barely pull into my alley so.....

                              if i did drop hats, Which brand would be the best and how much lower would it make it? can i use the stock springs with it? would it be easier just to get lowering springs? thanks.

                                i think the only reasonable drop hat would be the e90 (oe BMW) for around $25. i think it's 10-12mm of drop. if you can get a set of richardkeith97's old production, they're a little more drop but you may run into binding issues. also, i've devoted my life to never attempting to squeeze factory springs back into their perch. wouldn't be too hard with compressors, but what's the point of all that trouble?
