You sir have put together a very clean pristine example of a daily driver. Not to mention the backdrop of the surrounding scenery helps too...Leave a comment:

Wow! Very jealous of the helpers and the ability to get right out and enjoy all the upgrades.
Great choice of mods and props for doing it yourself.
BTW that pic with you and your two helpers all working under the back is quite cool.Leave a comment:

GC Coilovers and Rear End Refresh :)
And so the journey begins...
Before:

Rear shocks out, CV joints disconnected:

Open 2.93 diff. gone:

Subframe coming down. The bolts are glued in up top below the rear seats, so we thought it'd be easier to leave them alone and drop the whole subframe down and out:

New (refreshed) subframe from MarshallM. He cleaned it up, painted it, and welded and slotted it for camber and toe adjustments. Thanks Marshall!
AKG 80A bushings:

AKG 75D trailing arm bushings:

Subframe going back up:

Wanna thank my buddies for helpin out!:

Just a minor spill...:

Shiiiiinnyy :D 650lb springs :

3.25 lsd going in. Wish I had a chance to clean my old cover:

More shiiiiny. 440lb springs:

Swapping rotors:

Lookin good:

My bro. helping put the wheels back on:

ST swaybar installed with new HD links:

And after:

Took about 12 hours to complete. After driving for about two weeks with the setup, I absolutely love it! Feels much sturdier, smoother, and tighter. The lsd is lotsa fun, and I'm sure it will lead to many rainy day antics.
Thanks to Mark at GC, MarshallM for the subframe, and my friends for all their help.Tags: None
