finally got to try out the e30 on the track this weekend. A friend snapped some pics in the pits before going out and a few from inside the car. It performed quite well up until i lost a belt and had to be towed back but it was an amazing experience driving on the full F1 circuit.

I went to see the FIA GT3 race on Yas Marina in March this year. I dreamed of driving my E30 on the track while watching the race.

How did you end up with an E30? They seem to be pretty rare in UAE, I spotted just two e30s during the seven weeks I was there.

Had the camera setup all wrong so the only video i have is a lap behind my instructor in a fiat 500 abarth. Its pretty boring but ill try to upload it anyway soon so u can c the track.

Friend of mine had it sitting in his garage neglected. Picked it up, took care of all the mechanicals, resprayed and retrimmed the interior. They are becoming extremely rare here. Given the relatively high per capita income most people prefer owning newer cars.

H&r race springs, h&r front/rear sway bars, bilstein sports, 10mm rear spring pads, front drop hats. Spacers were on the car when i got it, never paid attention to the exact width.

Yes its an m20. Outside temp ranged from 20-23 degress celcius
