    I've got the sickness...

    Hello everyone,

A few years back, I had a black 1991 318is. It got into a minor accident and was a total write off. The intervening years without an e30 are what I'd like to refer to as the dark days.

Recently acquired another 1991 318is (with 160 000 km on the clock). I cannot tell you how excited I am to get back into an e30. Feels like reuniting with an old friend. I'm slowly trying to get it back into shape. I have to restrain myself from getting all the mods done until it is mechanically sound.

Been a long time lurker and I thought it was about time I contribute something...so here are some pics.

Very clean, great looking car. Once maintanence is taken care of, what are your plans?

If I don't wind up completely destitute after all the maintenance work gets done, I'd like to lower it. I think a good and proper stance will do wonders. An "is" lip and maybe euro grills will give the front face a real presence. I've also caught myself daydreaming of BBS weaves, although that is almost too precious of dream to even say aloud...

I think my girlfriend is starting to get concerned with my infatuation with the car...God...I hope she doesn't make me choose...

What an AmaZinG looking car, I would drive it just like that once maintenance has been taken care of.
