One of my favorite e30's, nicely done!

I hope your car doesn't get abducted by aliens.

You know, Jason is right on this one!! Well, I think the car is perfect as is... But, out of ANY car in the world, I think a moon roof would be outstanding on your car.

              ..
I feel pretty proud of the 10 minutes I had with this swap!! Well, not sure if proud is the correct word... Motivated is a better one.

The pictures say it all. Opening an e30 hood and seeing a bunch of plastic covers is just lame (and pretty played out these days). Of course people swap motor's for more power/ performance. However, people skip the "cool" factor.. And an M30 swap is just one of the coolest looking swaps that can be done. In fact, I think it's the coolest for sure.

I don't have anything to really ad for you on here Ryan that I haven't said in person.. I like your style buddy. Glad to see the buttoned up pictures. Cheers man!

Thank you! I will have to ask my friend. I know that a 50mm 1.4 was used for a couple pictures. He said a D60 with a Nikkor 70-200mm f/2.8 VR.

Thank you for the help Huff! I couldn't agree more. M30 is just perfect, period correct, old school goodness to me. Thanks for all the support though, really appreciate it. Looking forward to seeing yours soon!

Not an M30 fan.. Old, outdated and thirsty boat anchor..

The car is stunning though. Well played.

I give this a rating of meh meh meh.

Would be 4 mehs but the car lacks pop outs :P

.. With a great, broad torque curve that makes the light e30 chassis very entertaining.

Nobody whines about the weight of an s50/52, why pick on M30 since they weigh the same?

It has been a difficult road as it is my first swap and only car. Some of you maybe have seen the write up on Stance|Works of the swap, but I figured most haven't.

                                Enjoy!

HUGE thanks to everyone involved. Couldn't have done it with all the help I had. Especially Jon, Lorin, and the whole Stanceworks crew. Big thanks to Levent at Guten and Steve at Blunttech too!
