If you want an idea off your offset I tested mine (16x10 et08 and 225/40-16) today by jacking up under a wheel (no shock and coil).
Here's the result with the tire all the way up, 100% rubbing. :)
Here's how I'd like to roll next summer with coilovers and camber adjusted a little more negative.
E30S54 - Scale Suspension / Unix Performance Coilovers - 17x8 and 17x9 BBS E50
