today i bought a delphin '84 318i coupe. i think the pictures will speak for themselves.







so obviously its a little dirty, but did anyone else notice the lack of rust?

yeah theres a little bit of surface rust underneath, mostly on exposed steel.

i doubt this car has seen many winters. the only spots of rust are where the paint chipped and the license plate bolt holes, as was previously pointed out.

to explain my elation over this purchase, i'd have to post pictures of my '86 eta.

even my '90 sedan had worse rust issues.

Yeah, rust sucks, and i know that being in PA. But seen some of the cars that came from up your way, eeeek. So i know the feeling of having rust on the car, but knowing its olny a little, cause there are many out there way worse!!!!
