Washed the car and took a few shots as the sun was setting tonight. The last one is my favorite, the darkness of it has a very ominous mood to it. Enjoy.
Josh, damn dude, the car looks awesome. Those IE3's and Konis (right?) REALLY set it off.
What tires are you running? Are those KHUMO ECSTA 711's? If so, I'm running the SAME tires on my car. And - if that's what you got - what do you think of them? For $53 a tire, I can't complain. But, they seem real slippery when cold. They aren't too bad when they warm up, but when cold, I slide around corners (albiet, fun ;))
Now all you need are some powdercoated calipers with those ASA's. My brother has those same wheels on the red car (I'll have to get some pics soon) and they are nice a revealing, not to mention easy to clean!
I also think that shadowline and tinted windows would completely set it off. That, or just one row shadowline. The wonderful thing about that pinstripe is it offers some contrast for the black.
Can't wait to see what you have in store for it, Josh! :D (Btw, how's that carpet workin out? lol)
If you're gonna sell those ASA's, what are you gettin next?
Sean, correct on the IE's and Konis, and the tires are in fact Ecsta 711's, and I LOVE them. They are grippy as hell, great in the wet, and were cheapp, too! I really like them. I'm planning to have my spare set of calipers powdercoated red this winter, while the car is taking a break (those of you who don't like the red caliper idea, tough shit. I think red calipers look badass on black cars).
As far as shadowline goes, I have a complete OEM set from a 318iS waiting to go on, I just have to get around to doing it. Tint may come later also, but I'm still wrestling with it. I like my pinstripe very much, it definitely sets off the black really well, and I think it looks good. People are always telling me to take it off, but I'm not going to. If I sell the JS1's, I'm going to get K1's most likely.

What pressures do you run? They are grippy in cold too?
Weird, mine have kinda sucked. What's your suspension set to? Do you have urethane subframe bushings and urethane trialing arm bushings? Maybe my car puts more pressure on those tires, so they don't grip quite as well cold.
I did take my car out on the course we had setup for our Formula SAE car (http://fsae.sdsmt.edu/) and they held their own! ;) Red will definately look good. I was torn between red and silver. Red just didn't go with my car, so I did a silverish-blue color.
KEEP THE PINSTRIPE! ;-)
Tint your windows to 25%. I wish I had gone darker...oh well.
Pictues 1 and 5 are. It's in front of what used to be the main building of the mill, where the 3 large smokestacks rise out of. It's under construction right now, REI is opening a MASSIVE retail store inside, it's going to be badass.
