BMW CCA at Mid Ohio (mildly pic heavy)

My dad and I were all set to go with our 88 race car to Mid Ohio for the weekend until we saw a big puddle of coolant. All cylinders tested good for leaks with no air comin through the coolant system earlier in the week, so we kept prepping the car. We were ready to go on Friday then Thursday night at 11pm we saw loads of coolant under the muffler. done. Most likely cracked head. So we just went down on Sunday to check out the event.

nice...I definitely need to do a trackday at Summit Point soon, either in the not-paid-off-yet WRX on the AD08's or in the e30 rallycross car (which has Star Specs on its street wheels). Just being able to pass one person with M10-POWER would make it worth it, haha.

How does ITS classing compare with SE30 in terms of allowable mods?

You should definitely take the WRX to VIR. I couldn't tell you about the classes yet because this is our first season with the race car. Sorry man.

sadly, the WRX still has 2 years of payments on it, and is my DD......I'd rather have something a bit more "expendable" lol...
