    First (nice) e30.

My very first e30 was terrible to look at but it was all I could afford so this beauty was a serious upgrade. I love it and I'm hooked on BMW for life at this point. I'm already shopping around for a S50 or S52 swap and this is possibly for sale. Sale would depend on a lot of things so I haven't listed it FS just yet, but I figured I'd introduce myself to the forum.

Looks good. Are you considering selling the car to buy an already swapped s50 car?

Yeah that is something I would like to do if I could find the right car. I've been searching everywhere for the last month and haven't found anything. I'm tempted to swap this car but since it's a 4 door I don't think I'd ever make back even half of my investment. I feel like I'm one of the few that actually prefer sedans.

What are your tire specs? Also do you have drop hats on the front? I'm running bilstein sports/IE3 springs with Euroweaves that came with 225/45/15 tires and the fronts poke out of the fender too much I think. I also have a larger gap up front.

Gorgeous! I agree...I would never trade my sedan for a coupe.

It runs like a dream! Perfect idle and pulls strong through every gear. Even so, I might be swapping in a S52 soon.

They're 205/45/15 but I should really go down to 195 for more clearance. The previous owner cut the springs a little to give it the stance, but no drop hats. The whole car is 3-4 inches off the ground so I'm going to end up with coilovers before winter comes back around.
