New exhaust need advice

I recently purchased an m3 e36 remus exhaust(love remus btw) dirt cheap. I have taken it to a couple of exhaust shops to be mounted and they tell me it wont fit or will hang to low due to the height of the muffler under the car. I know people have fit this on their 24v cars and I need some help as to how they mounted (pics underneath he car possibly)it or any possible places where I could get it mounted. They're probably referring to how the bends in that piece relate to the car. You'll probably have to have the pipes to the can itself custom fabbed or at least modified, any mention of that when you spoke with the exhaust shops?

No they didn't say anything about that. Just that the can was too tall for the spot and would have barely no clearance to the heatshield. Also they said to would hang
Too low. Idk if they are full of shit or what.
