Thanks guys -
It is a VIS hood - the passenger side fits a little off but with some adjusting it was pretty close to spot on... but i put on the EVO hood seals and it fills in the gap nicely - you can't really notice it at all. I put my hood seals on last year and it was so cold outside and the hood is so light that the stiff rubber was stopping the hood from closing:) - they really do fill in those gaps tightly.
Whats next? I'm thinking likely a CF intake with alpha/n and an adjustable FPR along with some GSP wires. That will pretty much take care of the engine side of things for a while. Between now and march i'm hoping to look into some turner J stock bilsteins to match my high spring rates, and then front/rear camber/toe stuff and other suspension stuff. I'd like to snag a 95 m3 steering rack for auto-x also, so if anyone knows where i can get my hands on one, fire me a PM or something. I'm running out of shock quite a bit under hard load in corners which is not good on a track that is less than perfect. So shocks is first up on the list - might be a set of bilsports up for sale very soon. i'm also planning on taking off the tint for auto-x/track purposes... other drivers cannot see me and vice-versa, also its bubbling out in the back and really takes away from the look of an otherwise very clean and straight car.
The spot I used for the pics is up in a park where the trees just have not really started turning yet. Hopefully if we get some more nice days i can get the car out to some spots where the leaves are turning - we do have fall in the PNW! its comming late though - it was in the upper/mid 60's recently.
cheers fella's,
ted
