just a question. how do the fans actually securely stay on the wheel? would they leave marks on the lips from all the fan blades?

last one, is it a tight fit? (id hope so) -so like no vibrations or buzzing from the wheels with the fans on?

You turn off the hexnut, put the fans on and tighten the hexnut over them. Just as simply as that.
They don't leave any marks at all.
