    New to r3v...

And my new to me E30. I've had a few E34s and an E36, but absolutely nothing like this thing. It is a beast.

Wow, I am just reading about all of the shadiness about this sale. I picked it up last Saturday and had no idea that all of this crap was going on.

Details of the car can be found on the previous owner's (well, technically the second previous owner) for sale thread:

I'll post some more pics up as I take them. As far as short term plans, I just got done mounting a new set of 17x8 ASA AR1 wheels with Yokohoma S Drive tires. I want to get some good track rubber for the 15x8 Kosei wheels that came with the car but do not want to chew up expensive rubber with street use. The ASA wheels take a much more common (and inexpensive) tire with roughly the same overall dimensions.

The interior has been mostly converted to black. Just need to install kick panels and source a black rear seat and carpet. I'm not crazy about the front seats and am still undecided as to what I'd like to replace them with.

The driver's side drip rail is missing but should be easy enough to source. The bumpers (front and rear) and passenger side drip rail could use paint / powdercoating but that will be a winter project.

Other than those items, the car seems to be in perfect shape. It is an absolute riot to drive and I can't wait to give it a thorough inspection so I can get it on the track.

If lucky, the E36 will die peacefully, in its natural habitat, and be given the prestigious honor of donating its parts to an E30
