So im new here...

So i just picked up a car for $700. Its a nonrunning car the guy said that the starter doesnt work, but im not so sure. When i first had the battery checked and charged the starter would almost turn over so i thought that it was a dirty conection but now it doesn't do anything (everything else the battery powers works though). I have tried to pop start it but that doesnt work either. I think there must be a problem with one of the circuts somewhere (i heard somthing short once). But whatever im sure i will figure it out eventually. On to the pictures.

First off, welcome.
I've seen e30's like this go from free to 900ish. I wouldn't have paid 700 for it though. looks like you have a lot of work ahead of you, good luck brotha.

Nice e30 though, for $700 you can't go wrong really, even though it has rust. Bring it back to life!
