    Recent Changes

Since my last Members Rides thread I've made a ton of changes, most noticeably the wheels and suspension, but there was also a dash swap and some maintenance along the line, oh and there's a Luke Box in the works as well.

Don't mind the busted ass windshield (being replaced Monday) or the missing gauge cluster bezel (was cracked in half, replacement soon), or the missing center caps (gotta finish polishing).

Built up some coils with GE group buy springs:

Bought some played out wheels and test fitted them:

After some sanding, painting, and polishing:

    And mounted:

And one of the fresh dash and Nardi wheel from Rennstall:

    Specs are:
    Bilstein IX hds
    Chopped Housings
    GE 450/650 GB springs/adjusters
    IE Race Camber Plates
    IE Rear Strut Mounts
    BBS RS131 16x8.5 et56
    BBS RS018 16x9 et36
40mm 5x130 to 4x100 Adaptec adapters in the front
    25mm 5x130 to 4x100 H&R adapters in the rear
    Falken 512 205-45-16 front/rear

Notes: This isn't the final ride height, still gotta dial it in, coils will still go lower by quite a bit. Need to get a skid plate setup as well.

Youre right I probably could have gone a size larger on the tires, unfortunately i had to run large adapters do to the high offsets up front. Id like to rebarrel them next year for different offsets/lips.

          Thanks guys

Well I think you're finished with this project. Awesome car mang. Don't change a thing. I think the tire size and spacing looks perfect the way it is.

Haha well thanks but I've got a few more things planned, the m20 is old and tired so that's getting replaced next year and a paint job down the line.

                      looks great!!

Everyone that knows me, knows my opinion on RS's. But at least these were executed properly.

                      Great job dude

                        Thanks man,
Everyone and their brother has RS's but they are such a good looking wheel for e30s. Plus this is only my first real wheel setup, who knows what the future holds.

hopefully your future holds different wheels lolol

No really though, they do look classic on the car. My biggest problem with the wheels is that they are SUPER easy to pull off. I personally prefer wheels that like 70% of people like and the other 30% absolutely hate. Haha. Thats just me though.

                          great job dude
