Castro Motorsport: E92 M3 Cat-back Exhaust

So this isn't the first exhaust that Chris Castro has built for an e92 m3, but it will be the design we use for the exhaust we will be putting into production in the next month. The exhaust is a direct bolt on, dual, mandrel bent 2.75" stainless steel exhaust, dual straight through stainless steel mufflers, quad-staggered 3.5" stainless steel tips.

The sound of the exhaust turned out better then we expected! ;)

Ya it's a nice car. 2008 Interlagos blue, 6 speed. We just installed a carbon fiber front lip, along with the CF rear diffuser, H&R sport springs and the exhaust.

I was standing further away zoomed in, I have to compress the video from inside the shop, because it's 700mb (too much for vimeo). It's actually pretty loud. With the mid-section we'll be making, it will sound VERY "enthusiatic!" ;)

Still working out details, we wil start with a group purchase on m3forum. Target price will be $700-800.

We will guage interest on the muffler and tip finish, I think more people would be interested in full polished mufflers with polished tips.

That looks insane!!!!! Beautiful work Chris!!! Almost makes me want an e92 just to put that on mine.....The only problem with that is you did such a SICK job on my e36 exhaust!!!!!!! Just a personal THANK YOU for doing mine just as beautifully!! Keep up the great work!!

Similar weight to stock, as it's still 2 pipes, and 2 mufflers, but we will definitely confirm. I'll keep you posted when we start the group buy feeler on m3 forum in the next couple of weeks.

We will definitely confirm weigh, but its definitely lighter over stock I would guess about 10lbs or so.
