OP, what diff are you running? Your car seems to snap in second, might be too high of a final drive. Also, dial in some camber up front, get AKG subframe riser bushings and toss in the angle spacers made by the guy on here (name escapes me right now)

You're pretty close to having a dumbass fun drift car. My m52 swap was an animal, I just wish I had known more then about how to setup my suspension better.

Thanks, I have 3.73 its a little high but that what i could find. already have the shorter rear subframe bushings. I daily my car so i get stuff whenever i have a few extra bucks.

I couldn't tell if it was someone autox and keeped loosing the rear end, or if they were tring to drifto and got confused with autox. Ithor way a dingo stole my baby makes more sense then that.

drop the clutch, i just matted it in second not beatting on my car. its not a drift car its a daily. BTW an 84 318i which is what i started with had no rear sway bar and since its a budget car i have to add one. plans are upgraded front and rear in the future.

if you have any plans to drift leave the rear sway out, you know the "snap" you get when the rear grabs back when you transition from a side to side slide, that snap gets dimminished by a lot without a rear sway. food4thought
