I don't know how nice your E30 was, but I wouldn't trade my E30 for a mini no matter what model it would be. A Mini is fun to drive, but I think the FWD tire frying in every curve gets old really fast.

Is it an N14 motor?? if it is it will probably need a new timingchain/rails and a spanner when the fall comes. The N18 seems to be a good motor so far.
