By the way, and East Bay Parks Cop (Real Black & White) came over and lent me a hand with my flat. He and my friend lifted the car up while I slid the jack underneath the car.

I recently had the same problem. Had to break a branch from a tree and drive my front wheel up onto it.

Yeah! I actually live in La Jolla, I've been going to school there for a year now.
Shameful to say I haven't hit many great roads in the area yet!
(I only had my E30 down there between may and the end of june, had a crappy Volvo that finally bit the dust last week).
