What's up guys, I'm Charles, I go to Santa Barbara City College and I've been a lurker on here for quite sometime, hoping to get an E30 as my brother had 1, then 2, then 3. I really took a liking to them, and my brother Handed me Down his "Full of Personality" E30. Its been in a few fender benders as you will see in the pictures, but it runs great. I actually learned to drive a manual in this car, and am still practicing on perfecting it :P

My brother was originally using a tan interior but he had an extra blue interior so i swapped that in and will be getting the carpets cleaned :D
My hopes for this car on a college kid Budget will be to replace the Passenger Fender obviously, fix the Driver Side Quarter Panel, lowering it, and hopefully repainting it in chalkboard paint.

I'll stop talking now and let you check out the car!

Very Minor Update, got a new shift boot and eBrake boot :D

When they first came:



Once they have been mounted in the car (needed to use the old clips)

Plans are now to put in speakers in the front (Alpine Type S) and a new head unit (Pioneer i believe) I will keep this updated!

I plan on it, I'm getting a job and for a couple months half of my money will be going into my car, along with maybe some savings if necessary. As far as the Fender, tail lights, and the quarter panel, I'm technically the fourth owner of this car, and the second owner (younger than I am) parked it on a slight incline and didnt set the parking brake, and hit something, I dont know what, so that is the reason for the fucked up quarter panel and the tail light sitting weird. The fender was from my brother, and to make a long story short a cable guy in his truck stopped short and my brother hit him, which messed up the stuff behind the headlight.

Second owner, 4th driver...and the car coasted down the street and hit a truck parked in the driveway of a neighbor.

The fender was from my brother, and to make a long story short a cable guy in his truck stopped short and my brother hit him, which messed up the stuff behind the headlight.

More or less. We were on a freeway off-ramp that has a yield to traffic lane. The truck slowed to a stop to ensure he didn't get hit. Once it looked like the coast had cleared he started going, which is when I looked left to check if I could go as well. Once I looked forward to go (because the coast was clear) the truck had decided not to go and was stopped again. /story

You should post new pics of the post polish and wax. Car looks much better now. Is your buddy coming up today with the speakers? I hope I remember to go to the storage unit and get the stereo, you should swing by after class and we will wire everything up.

Update: New Fender, new grilles and new Kidneys! Gave it a good polish and a wax as well, but unfortunately I only have my phone to take pictures with, so proper ones are coming soon!
