Norwegian E30 320i Edition S

Got myself a E30 Edition S two years ago.

Edition S was a limited edition available with 2.0L engine.

Difference between this and another E30 is that it came originally with:

15mm lowering springs
Leather sport steering wheel
leather gear knob.
Front lip, (looks like edition but is a bit different).
Decals on the side.
M" badge in the seats.
foglights.
Lip in the rear with paint.
Shadowline under, chrome over.










Anyway..

My car looked like this when i got it back in 2010. Covered 171.000km












Then a idiot got in my side on the highway.




So then, while waiting for insurance company to get their work done with paying out money i swapped a M60 engine.

Engine out.


Engine in


Swap kit is:
M60B40
5tr manual gearbox.
e36 328 driveaxle
x5 4,8 Manifolds
M535 radiator
custom engine mounts and m535i rubber.
e36 m3 katalysator and Scorpion in the end.
740i brake booster..
2,79 Lsd differential Motorsport z3 backplate.

got some exhaust


Got a 325IX touring in the rear. Biggest brakes originally on e30.


Mounted a zender rear fender to it too.

Looks pretty much like this now. non-washed!! :O

So, now.. My loving E30 is waiting for some attention to get it all finished. Just got to do my original 325i with only 120.000km back on the road after 7 years in the garage.
Have also a E30 318is for using in the winter.

I will update on the red 325 some day. I really love how it looks now.

I will update thread when i get the red 325i back on the street, I have been working on it some years now. Now it has aircondition, all electric + sunroof, heated doorlocks, Black and yellow DE lights in front. Black foglights, Black sport leather interiour, Black valvecover and black intake manifold. Full simons exhaust. there also was automatic gear in it, but will be changed to manual this week, 3,78LSD , all new brakes with slotted discs. Also have a e38 style 5´s in white, 16x8, redrilled, Also there will be a rieger infinity lip with a black catkiller on it. It is also lowered a lot. Will update as soon as i got some fresh pictures!! :) cas has only been running 120.000km

Rims for the red 325i is almost ready now, want to paint them white too. had to try them on my 318is, Looks kind of good.

They are the bbs rz469 also called style 5s for e38. redrilled for 4x100.
8x16 et23
Washed them with Iron-x.

Well, we have winter here in Norway, cold, and snowy!

Midways i didnt have so much to do.. so..
So i took out the M60 engine, and replaced it with S62.

Got this bracket and brakebox. wilwood.


A little bit more work in it now, and it will be ready for season, about 1 month.


Also finish with my 320i, with 2,5engine.













Not sure if i should fit the infinity front or not..




ALso working on some BBS RS. 022 and 061. from E30 m3, 8+9x16.
