The car has been partially repainted over the years. That's why the front end is so clean.

For the plugs I used some pins looking like this that I modified to fit the holes.

I never thought about using a plug like that to fill the holes. I'm always looking a black strip similar to what VinnieE30 has in his sig. Good idea.

I took them at Canadian Tire but you should be able to find them at any auto parts store.

I trimmed them with a small blade until they fit in the small holes.
