Hey guys, what's up... Bought a 1988 325 Vert this week, first E30 for me & I'm already in love.

Lots of restoration work already done, spotless interior, top, & paint... Putting a new muffler on today... Needs AC connected, right window regulator repaired, left rear caliper put on & that's about it... Going to be modding next ;)

Bought the vert to throw my paramotor in the back, should be good!
Here's an iPhone photo... Will need more help from you guys as time goes on!

I could use a little help, just getting started here...

              Need:
1)Bushings For All Corners... Where do you recommend buying them? What brand?

1.1) The car pulls heavily one direction or the other... Randomly... I think this is bushing related... Am I stupid? lol.

              2) Right Window Doesn't Function (But according to the previous owner it will occasionally) Regulator? Switch? (What part do I buy, where?!)

              3) Small fuel leak (heavy smell, no drops).

              4) I'm sure there will be something else soon, haha.

              Thanks!

Welcome aboard Eric. Since you are new, familiarize yourself with the search button above and look into all the different sections (Suspension, interior, technical...). Look into all the posts that it has generated and your answers may be clear. R3v (and other e30 forums) has alot of information, you just gotta go and read. Also, Get yourself a Bentley manual, it is the bible for e30s.

I KNEW IT! lol you teased us on youtube with your mentions of 2 BMWs. I just knew it had to be another E30 :P

                          1) for the bushings, contact Bluttech. Pretty much the end all be all parts guy on this forum. THE BEST customer service anywhere in the country.

                          2) Try pulling out the switches for the other windows and attach them to the passenger window switch and see if it functions. Then you will know if its the switch itself, or the regulator.

                          3) Could be the car running rich? could be a couple things.

good luck! keep us updated on youtube and here! :)

O and just so you guys know, Eric is an awesome film maker/editor/photographer. Between his paramotoring and skydiving footage, I'm always at awe when I see the videos he puts out. If you have a youtube channel, i would suggest subbing to him, I'm sure most people here would enjoy the stuff he does and films.

                            check him out!!
