Meh, I still smashed my lower pan before i ever hit the finned cover.
You can see the exhaust tucked up close next to the diff.

And that's why I'll be raising mine up a bit. If I drop the fronts to match I'll be stupid low for where I live, how I drive and I really don't have any extra E34 pans kicking around for the S50 if I smash it to all hell.

Oh I agree. It looks bad ass but its not really real world practical.

My driveway doesn't have a retarded curb like the rest of the neighborhood but, I'm not sure my pan would clear that low. I enjoy being lowered. Really. This looks amazing but I'm not even close to 20% sure I could practically drive it.

X2, dont get me wrong it is money already but the tires look a little to round for the stance/fitment.. Legit though, maybe try a 215/35 & 235/30?
