My 325e

Just got my first E30, its a 1987 325e, 2dr, 5spd. It runs pretty good but has flaws.
My first mod was i built a roof rack out of wood. I like it, gives it a personal look. Future mods coming eventually like lowering slightly, depo or hella headlights, window tint, bumper tuck and a 325i head swap.

Just messin, glad to have another e30'er on board. I like the creativity to build your own rack. it looks good. I cant remember who, but someone else on here put some effort into building a real clean wood rack that is stained and polished up if i remember right.

Will do as soon as i get a sander or something, i currently had to get all the boards pre-cut at Lowes Hardware :/

Yeah i stained mine, its also clear coated. The car next to mine is my buddy's S2K, then my crashed E36 in back :/

Yeah im gonna repaint the grills, paint the bumper/bumper tuck, and paint the kidneys all the same day once i get my smoked headlights from DTM.

Just a little update on my car and what ive gotten around to since.

First started off getting some XXR 522's from a fellow forum member, lowering the car on BC's, bumper tuck, replacing my headlights with DTM headlights (depo) and tinting my high beams yellow.



Shortly after lowering it i began to think the XXR's didn't really go with the car too much so i posted it up on craigslist. Same day i found some BBS reps (style 5's) that i instantly loved. Believe it or not, the guy did a full on straight trade. Deal of a lifetime in my opinion! They are 15''x8'' with a 1.5'' lip, and 4 lug.

Sightly stretched tires allowed me to lower the car yet again.



I love my 30.
