Another 5.0 build: #projectmerica

I changed the oil, bled the brakes, and finished grinding the steering rack away from the oil pan since it was hitting.

I also bought a Steeda tranny speedometer delete plug since I'm not running a speedometer right now. I could care less about how fast I'm going, just how fast I got there haha.

Took it for a short drive, but it was running wayyy rich. I need to check the timing again and rejet the carb.

The clutch needs to be adjusted for sure.

it was running like crap because I forgot the adjust the valves properly. I finally drove it over the weekend, but the clutch still needs adjusted along with the carb

haha I don't have enough time to work on it. Hopefully it will be driving by then, but I doubt I'll be driving it all the way up there

New slave cylinder and setup. More pics to follow:

messed up my Wilwood slave cylinder trying to shorten the end. It's setup differently than how most others have done since my exhaust is right there. My clutch wasn't disengaging. Hopefully this will be resolved soon and on the road!

Hit me up if you 1.) Ever want to sell them and 2.) ,if you come across other sets of wide wheels. Especially if they need to be refinished. Id do a little work to make a set look good for the right price. Ill be in the market this summer as my build comes together.

been working on the 135i to take down to Sowo this year. Haven't had a chance yet, but it's very close.
