    Couple shots of M50 Progress

Here are a couple shots I took with my phone tonight of the swap. I am using the m20 trans. I modified the stock m20 arms and used the stock m20 mounts. The fit is incredable, and the trans bolts up real nice. So all I have left is, wiring, intake, connect driveshaft and shit linkage assembly, get a e34 dipstick tube, and turn the key. I will get some real pics of the motor asap. Wish me luck. -Ben

They were included with the motor, they are OBX brand. I took the stamped plate off, but suprisingly enough they are real good quality headers, the are mint and the stainless is mirror. BTW I had to cut an re-weld the rear header to get it to clear the control arm heatshield on my e30.

Thanks for the comments. I live in northeast Connecticut, and I do all the work myself. I am an experienced welder so that really helps when it comes to fabbin up the parts I need. The motor is just a straight up vanos M50-Ben

Doing all the work yourself? Props to you!!

I did the swap myself and it was quite the expierence let alone the gratification of completing it, turning the key and hearing it purr

I have done alot of motor swaps before, and like you said. Theres not a better feeling moment when you hear that motor turn over for the first time.
