lol yeah, that was when the buddy of mine owned it. I helped him build it when he had it, then he traded it off, and after bouncing through a couple owners who ruined the car, I got it and rebuilt damn near everything. motor is all fresh, and about to be fresher in a few days, interior is now all swapped out instead of that ehhh tan. I'm quite happy I got the car back after the work I put into it back in the day, because I couldn't stand to see it go downhill like it was going.

thanks, slowly parts are arriving. IC piping came today, and the heads and intercooler should be here tomorrow. time will tell when its all completed lol.

well well, first boxes of parts arrived today. im super excited but without having the car here, all I can do is look at them lol. intercooler and piping should be here tomorrow, then the heads should be here Friday. all that's left really is the pushrods which were on backorder, so its slowly coming along. im gunna try to get the wheels mounted tomorrow but we'll see how things go.

its all of this, just put in my own C4 Case.

Its a reverse valve body c4 with a hughes race rebuild in it. Ive got the hurst billet pistol grip in it to manually change gears. Park is all the way forward, pull back one time to go in reverse, again for neutral, then back to engage first. Once in first the shifter locks itself as a safety so without pulling the handle you cant go back into neutral or reverse. But literally its just pulling back each time to change gears.

Whats the details on the c4 build? I may switch to a c4 down the road..

We haven't even seen it with the wheels on though!!! you can't sell it yet.....I'll baby sit the car for you.

As of now the paint is gunna have to stay white which im fine with, but i gotta stick with my budget. Car is at the tranny shop getting the C4 rebuilt. Then the heads set me back $1100 so some things may have to wait.

And thanks to everyone who likes the car. Its been a fun project but it may have a for sale sign soon. Its nearing completion so im already kinda looking for the next toy haha.

thanks guys, me and the wife like vehicles so that's where we like to have fun. we don't party, don't smoke, don't drink, bills are paid, so we enjoy building cars/bikes.

^^^ Thats awesome man, our flow is very similar, beside the fact that the wife doesn't do the car thing.....but she lets me enjoy it so I don't complain. What are you going to do on the paint? decided on that yet?

I wish. When i sold my wagon i kept my wheels and got lucky enough to use them on my next cars. But ended up selling the wheels to a guy in NY for his NSX, but sadly his car was stolen and stripped. He got the car back but no wheels. Now as for the e30 wheels, im going to stick with the mtechnica turbo wheels as memoryfab only had made 10 sets in that color. My dream wheels for this car are a set of.impul silhouettes, bbs turbo fans, or perhaps a set of OZ rally wheels. To rich for my blood right now lol.
